The Surgery Department at Homs University Hospital provides its services 24 hours a day, including emergency surgeries, elective surgeries, and consultations for outpatients and emergency room patients.

All elective and emergency surgeries are performed under the supervision of contracted professors and specialists, with the participation of resident physicians.

The surgical department has 50 beds for post-operative patient recovery.
